Hi there! I specialize in sex therapy, trauma recovery, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I am passionate about helping individuals and couples reclaim intimacy, overcome past traumas, and navigate the complexities of OCD. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences and develop the tools needed to thrive. I utilize a variety of evidence-based techniques to support clients on their journey of personal growth. I work to help you understand how to use your own strengths and skills (or learn a couple of new ones) to redefine, and make reality, your version of who you want to be. As a sex therapist, I address a wide range of concerns, including desire discrepancies, sexual dysfunction, and the impact of trauma on intimacy. I also work with individuals coping with OCD by helping them break free from cycles, while nurturing self-acceptance and resilience.
