Welcome! I first want to take a moment to honor the start of your therapy journey by taking the time to look for a therapist that is good fit. This is such an important step. My name is Alyssa but feel free to call me Aly. I am an Associate Marriage and Family therapist who works with a wide range of clients and needs including working with anxiety, OCD, anger management, and ADHD. I also love working with clients to navigate life’s unknowns and challenges, focusing on strengths and resilience. I pride myself in having compassion and care for my clients while also offering a safe space to challenge you as you need to grow!
