It is my belief that we are all seeking answers as to why we are here and what our purpose is. The only way to find these answers is to identify our values, strengths, weaknesses and barriers and also address what makes us suffer. I believe in healing and nurturing the very aspects of ourselves that make us unique and believe that through changes and transitions we learn how resilient and powerful we really are . With consistent therapy, we are able to step back, reflect and plan for how to respond and endure challenges that arise in our lives while learning appropriate coping techniques and routines.
