Life is never meant to be easy, but should it be this difficult? My therapeutic approach can be described as culturally responsive, intentional, and collaborative. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is critical to the journey of healing and personal growth. I guide my clients to recognize how one’s thoughts and emotions impact behavior, and how to create the changes they want in their lives. In my practice, I work to build an affirming space that allows clients to show up authentically, and frequently use humor and metaphors to illustrate important topics in the therapeutic process.
