Clients I serve are children, teens, women, and families seeking compassionate, neurodivergent-affirming therapy. Many experience anxiety, trauma, stress, burnout, depression, or family and relationship challenges. I work with neurodivergent individuals and families who want supportive, strengths-based care. Children and teens may struggle with emotional regulation, communication, or behavior, while women may be navigating identity, overwhelm, or healing from past experiences. Clients want a collaborative, safe space using evidence-based, creative, and play/art-based approaches to build resilience, coping skills, & confidence.
