Therapy is a deeply personal and transformative process. It can oftentimes feel overwhelming yet empowering. Taking steps toward your healing takes courage, and I am here to honor your process. My gentle and empathic approach will help to create a safe and non-judgmental space as we work together to explore the root of your pain. My practice is centered on helping women ages 14+ transform emotional pain into internal sources of empowerment through a mind-body approach. Using a careful balance between talk therapy and experiential techniques in session allows for my clients to have deeper transformations and healing.
