I focus on individualized-care by working together with you to promote holistic healing and build resiliency. I am passionate about working with pre-teens, teenagers, and adults struggling with an array of mental health needs including depression, anxiety, recent adjustments and stress, self-injury, suicidality, complex trauma, and family conflict. I value authentic and genuine connections because I believe our most basic need is to connect with others. My treatment approaches include trauma-informed, experiential, mindfulness-based, and holistic therapies that connect thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to create change. I am a Qualified Supervisor for both Clinical Social Work and Marriage and Family Therapy. Additionally, I am pursuing the certifications as an eating disorder specialist (CEDS) and practitioner of Psychodrama (CP).
