As an individual therapist trained with PSI to support Perinatal Mental Health, I enjoy working with all birthing persons who are navigating the complexity of parenthood. I have experience working with a variety of needs; including anxiety, depression, body image and interpersonal relationships. It's important to me to support all my clients with compassion through a supportive environment. My goal is to create a non-judgmental and an affirming environment where you can safely explore your experiences. Therapy groups will be starting in June 2025, focused on Self Compassion for adults.
