Becoming a parent is something that comes naturally but sometimes we have moments, or periods of transitions with our kids and we might not be sure how to navigate them. That’s where I come in. As a parent, working mom and therapist, I understand the mental load that goes into raising children. I work with children as young as 3 years old, into adulthood. I have a unique lens as a therapist, having spent over 20 years in the business and tech worlds before deciding to shift careers and pursue my passion of helping others.
