I work with clients from a variety of backgrounds (primarily ages 12+). As a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP), I especially enjoy working with clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma. My strengths-based, person-centered approach encourages clients to work through their mental health issues and/or life challenges in a healthier way. Therapy can seem scary at first, but it is so empowering to take that first step towards personal growth and healing!
