I use mainly Cognitive-Behavioral, Dialectical-Behavioral, and Acceptance and Commitment therapies to treat my clients with Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder, and Avoiding Restrictive Food Intake Disorder, but I pull from a variety of research-backed techniques to best serve your individual needs. I also work with mood disorders, generalized anxiety and trauma.
