I have been working with clients as a Marriage and Family Therapist since 2021. I come from a primarily solution-focused narrative approach. As a systemic therapist I understand that although we are individuals, we are part of larger support systems that affect our mental health. Whether you are an individual, family or part of a relationship, we will work together to emphasize your strengths and progress toward your goals. My belief is that you are the expert in your life and I am here to help you unlock the tools you already have inside while building skills and healthier strategies for the stress you experience.
