I'm your ideal therapist if you have struggled with any of the following: white knuckling your way life, feeling like you need complete control of your life, or that you have no control over your life, constantly people pleasing, feeling like you can't express your needs, feeling intense guilt and/or shame living by a list of things you "should" be doing, having no control of your emotions or don't understand your emotions, feeling stuck. I blend directness, validation, humor, and irreverence to challenge you and expand your awareness. I help by exploring the why behind what we think, feel, do, and believe. With consistency, compassion, and focus, I believe we can overcome the challenges you have been dealing with.
