I'm passionate about working with teens & adults with trauma, c-ptsd, anxiety, depression, burn out, people pleasing, codependency, perfectionism, and sober curiosity/alcohol use. If you are interested in becoming a more authentic, confident version of yourself and let go of patterns that don't serve you anymore - I'm here to help guide you toward positive change! I take a holistic, relational, & compassionate approach, bringing in trauma-informed practices like EMDR, somatic exercises, mindful self compassion, integrating it into talk therapy and tailor our work to meet your needs. I believe growth requires identifying root causes of patterns, healing the past, while also building skills to meet goals in the present.
