Counseling can help you acquire skills that are tailored to your preferences, needs, and learning style. I have experience in music therapy, private and state mental health settings, and substance abuse treatment. I am trained in several approaches with an emphasis on mindfulness and intentional individualized exercises. I have multicultural experience and training in trauma informed care.
