About

I work with teen and adult individuals who have a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, self-harm, trauma, grief, difficulties with life transitions, identity concerns, and more. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent clients as well as those in non-monogamous or otherwise non-traditional relationships (sex + kink positive!). I seek to provide a safe, inclusive space where my clients feel empowered to heal on their own terms and at a pace that works best for them. My goal is not to fix my clients but to help guide them and be by their side as they do the work that leads to healing. I work from a person-centered perspective that emphasizes empathy, collaboration, autonomy, and harm reduction. I integrate a variety of approaches and strategies with varying levels of structure depending on the client. I work with each one to identify their strengths, needs, preferences, and goals on an ongoing basis to inform and evaluate treatment.
