Hello—I’m Alyssa (she/her), a licensed clinical social worker with a deep passion for supporting women throughout all stages of life. I understand how life transitions related to fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and motherhood can stir up a mix of hope, joy, guilt, fear, grief, and overwhelm. I also work with women navigating broader mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relationship difficulties. I aim to provide a safe, compassionate, nonjudgmental space for you to heal, grow, and reconnect with your strength and sense of self.
