My clients range from children to adults who are navigating the challenges of an Eating Disorder, Anxiety, ADHD, or Depression. They benefit from an empathetic tone, a safe environment, and consistent support. We will work together to set achievable milestones, develop effective communication skills, and focus on regaining control while gradually letting go of the "safe" space that fosters the disorder. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Additionally, I have participated in group therapy focused on eating disorders, including Anorexia and Bulimia. Counseling is a valuable avenue for personal growth, whether it’s for oneself, family, children, or any other aspect of life.
