I am a clinical psychologist with specialized training in perinatal mental health, supporting individuals and families through conception, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. My expertise is in treating reproductive mental health concerns, including prenatal and postpartum depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Additionally, I have extensive experience supporting those who have experienced birth trauma and are navigating a NICU stay. I am deeply committed to helping families adjust to the emotional, physical, and relational changes that accompany the transition to parenthood.
