I help clients process stressors, trauma, grief, and handle various mental health difficulties such as anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. I assist clients with addressing a lack of motivation, low self-esteem, and building confidence. I ensure that clients feel comfortable sharing their personal thoughts and feelings in session, in a safe environment that is judgment-free and supportive. I work with my clients to focus on their needs, values, and goals. It can be challenging to take the next step in building a more fulfilling and happier life, and I am here to support my clients through each step of the journey.
