Hi, I’m Alyssa Phillips (she/her), an MFT therapist-in-training based in San Diego. I’m excited that you’re considering me for therapy and (more importantly) ready to start or continue your therapy journey. I love working with adults (18+), whether you are stressed out about school, dealing with all of the expectations every has of you, or are overwhelmed by the sheer amount of new responsibilities you’re dealing with. I’ve been where you are and I now have the training to help you work through it. All of that means I like to work with adults and I have lived experience with generalized anxiety, social anxiety, and perfectionism.
