Hi! I am a licensed psychologist in DE & NJ. Reaching out for support can be really difficult, but I hope to try and make it easier. Have you ever just wanted to talk with someone about how you feel, what you think, or what you worry about? Therapy is a place to do this, and a chance to do it at your own pace. I believe that in order for us to work through our struggles, we sometimes need another person to bear witness to our experiences. We are social beings and can't always do things alone! I want to help you feel better by supporting you through the tough times.
