I believe that each person has an abundance of strengths and assets that will help us get to their individualized goal. I am currently a Certified Daring Way Facilitator- Candidate. I am knowledgeable in Dr. Brown's work on shame resilience, vulnerability, and courage and invested in helping each person reach their personalized version of happiness and growth.
