I am a licensed therapist with over 10 years of experience treating individuals with post traumatic, depressive, and anxiety disorders. My approach is evidence-based, as I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a highly effective therapy for treating persons struggling with intrusive memories and triggers of painful events in their past, as well as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), which draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and uses skills-building and behavioral tools for anyone wanting to improve their frustration tolerance, emotional regulation, and social interactions.
