Welcome! I am a licensed psychologist who strives to create a warm, non-judgmental environment for individuals seeking help with challenging emotions, thoughts, behaviors and life situations. I help my clients to navigate these difficulties by utilizing evidenced based therapies while also thoughtfully tailoring my treatment towards the unique needs of each person. I treat individuals who have mood and anxiety based disorders, eating disorders, post-traumtic stress disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trichotillomania (hair-pulling disorder) and personality disorders.
