I work with survivors of trauma—including those reclaiming their lives after domestic violence—and first responders who carry the weight of their experiences. My own lived experience gives me a deep understanding of what it means to regain your voice. I also enjoy working with individuals connected to the criminal justice system, offering a compassionate space where judgment is replaced with understanding. My mission is to help you rediscover your strength, break free from what’s holding you back, and step into the life you were meant to live.
