Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone. Throughout my years of private practice, I have had the pleasure of creating a safe space for individuals and couples to explore the inner workings of themselves with empowerment and curiosity. I find that warmth, humor, and direct yet supportive conversation can help facilitate honesty with ourselves and with the people who matter most in our lives. I am a conversational style therapist and find comfort in talking about things that weigh us down, while knowing we don't have to take ourselves or life too seriously.
