​​Hi, I’m Alyssa. I’m a trauma-informed therapist who believes meaningful change happens in the context of safety, connection, and curiosity. I work collaboratively with clients to create a space that feels grounded, supportive, and genuinely human—where you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. I help individuals, couples, and adolescents navigate trauma and complex PTSD, mood challenges, neurodivergence, and relational patterns that feel stuck or overwhelming.
