If you're looking to make positive changes in your life, counseling can be just the place to start. My passion as a therapist is supporting women on their journey of personal growth, as they begin to change what no longer works for them and believe in their self worth. Whether it's coping with challenging life transitions, relationship difficulties, or healing from past traumas, we can work together to implement change and find happiness. I aim to create a space where you feel understood and at ease. As a PMH-C, I especially enjoy working with women preparing for and adjusting to motherhood.
