We've all been handed a box of "shoulds" about sexuality and relationships—what they’re supposed to look like, how they’re supposed to work. My goal is to help you break out of that box and open up to the limitless potential that is actually out there. You deserve to feel comfortable, unashamed, and completely yourself in how you experience your relationships and sexuality. In therapy, we’ll create a space where curiosity and experimentation are encouraged, where you can renegotiate and reshape sex and relationships in ways that feel most true to you.
