My ideal client is a child or teen who is having a particularly difficult time with the ups and downs of childhood/adolescence. That may look like depression, anxiety, peer issues, self-harm, suicidal ideation, emotional outbursts, or difficulty adjusting to a life change. I create a space where kids/teens are able to share what is going on. I also help parents meet them where they are while maintaining confidentiality. I am adept at meeting the individual needs of clients. Maybe they asked to come to a counselor or maybe the parent or school has decided it is a necessary intervention. I hope I can help!
