I view therapy as a process of understanding where you’ve been, recognizing how it shapes who you are, and developing new responses to your experiences. I work with adults, couples, and teens, helping them navigate a wide variety of challenges, such as anxiety, career and life changes, trauma, and relationship struggles. Often, looking inward is difficult. I aim to be an enthusiastic, attentive, and honest resource for you. If we work together, I hope our therapeutic relationship can be one of warmth, safety, humor, and trust. I am LGBTQ+ aligned and approach therapy with a feminist and anti-racist perspective.
