Do you often hear your parent’s or partner’s voice in your head, criticizing you? Do you feel like you can’t stand up for yourself in front of your family? Are you stuck in a job, house, or relationship that you know isn’t right for you but you find reasons to stay? Is something bothering you in your current relationship but you just can’t tell what it is? Many people I work with struggle with trauma from stressful childhoods, families, work, or relationships. I’m passionate about helping survivors of trauma to use EMDR and systems work so they can heal from painful experiences and find freedom and ease in their daily life.
