You want and need to feel better. I help you discover how your thoughts and actions take you away from yourself. I practice from an open, honest, and non-judgmental point of view. As a therapist, I consider us as whole and valuable right now, but with barriers to experiencing ourselves or life in this way. When human beings are supported like this, soon things can feel better and change is possible. Patients come to see me for guidance with relationships to others and themselves, important choices, life transitions, everyday stress and living fully.
