Hello all, My name is Amalia Sol Gonzalez, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) living in California. My focus is on treating individuals who are experiencing a multitude of life stressors, symptoms of anxiety, depression, and posttraumatic stress disorder. I take a person-centered and collaborative approach to therapy through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), in order to collaboratively identify goals for treatment and begin the therapeutic process.
