When you walk into a space with me, you will find a therapeutic space filled with acceptance, safety, empathy and curiosity. I hope you will feel a comfort to be your unique self. I bring into the space my authentic self to support you in uncovering your individual needs and goals. My diverse background consists of my upbringing in the Punjabi and Western culture. I have experienced the disconnect between the two cultures firsthand and hope to provide a safe space to discuss the impacts of intergenerational trauma within all cultures. In this confidential space, I welcome all populations and backgrounds (race/ethnicity/sexuality).
