As a therapist it is my goal to give you the space, time, and support to overcome the struggles you may be facing. When it comes to working with families or children/adolescents, my goal is to teach the family how to communicate and work together more effectively. I specialize/enjoy working with clients who identify with anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+, marriage/family concerns, blended families, body image/self esteem, and self harm. I use modalities such as CBT, DBT, Bowenian, & Feminist lens. I am poly, kink, tarot, sex worker, alternative spiritual friendly.
