When past experiences go unresolved, they often surface in our relationships. My clients often struggle with intense reactions, shutting down, fearing abandonment, or feeling anxious and disconnected at the same time without fully understand why. Or they might understand what’s happening on an intellectual level, yet still feel stuck when it comes to real change. My approach to therapy is relational and deeply grounded in attunement. Being truly seen and understood is a big piece of this work.
