I thrive with adolescents (ages 10–24) and adults. My work focuses on supporting clients in becoming more grounded in their own values, feelings, and choices, so they can respond to life with confidence, authenticity, and equanimity. I tend to work with anxiety, identity questions, academic or career pressure, life transitions, or relational stress. Many of my clients have developed coping strategies like perfectionism, people-pleasing, harsh self-criticism, obsessions, or avoidance. We explore automatic reactions, their origins, and build new, sustainable ways of relating to ourselves and others. As a systemic therapist, my training is rooted in understanding how relationships and systems shape us and how our behaviors make sense within their context but may not serve us. My approach is non-blaming and non-pathologizing. I use an interactive virtual therapy space I created with activities and interventions to make therapy creative and collaborative.
