Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, or relationship struggles take hold. You may feel stuck, disconnected from your partner, weighed down by work stress, or worried about your child’s school or behavior. Many clients long for relief, healthier communication, and confidence that change is possible. What makes me different is my blend of clinical expertise and advocacy experience as a therapist, parent/child advocate, and former 504/IEP coordinator.
