I am passionate about supporting adults and performing artists living with trauma, anxiety, and perfectionism. If you are someone who is navigating a stressful life transition or feeling stuck in unhelpful deeply rooted patterns of belief, I would be honored to offer you the space to get curious and deepen the connection to your sense of self. My previous experience as a professional contemporary dancer deeply informs my integrative and culturally responsive approach. Our sessions may include exploring the mind-body connection, harmonizing inner conflicts between thoughts and emotions, and cultivating safety within the body.
