Accepting a few clients M-F, 11am-6pm on Telehealth. As a somatic- based practitioner, I blend Somatic Experiencing (SE) and IFS parts-work to guide you in regulating the nervous system, and transforming harmful thoughts, attitudes, and behaviors to create whole-self integration and alignment. I help individuals bring awareness to emotional patterns, allow space for them to express, get the love they need, and integrate those aspects for optimal living. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, transitions, career or relational challenges, I'm here to support you in creating a cohesive relationship of mind, body, and spirit.
