Would you believe I started out in film school before becoming a therapist? Giving up a path in entertainment may seem backward but my family had been suddenly impacted by terminal and chronic illness. My own grief journey inspired me to help people so I finished my education in Social Work and I've been a therapist since. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy to help people find the tools they need toward healing. I'm also certified in The Daring Way, a program that helps build courage and find empowerment in challenging circumstances.
