From an early age, I have been deeply aware of the profound impact that empathy, understanding, and active listening can have on a person’s life. Witnessing how compassionate guidance can help individuals navigate challenges inspired my commitment to pursue a career in counseling. I believe that every person carries a unique story, and within each story lies the potential for growth, healing, and transformation. My primary therapeutic approach is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), guiding clients to examine and challenge unhelpful thought patterns in order to create meaningful behavioral change.
