I’m so glad you are here and considering therapy. You deserve it! Everyone should have the opportunity in their life to sit with someone supportive and non-judgmental and be able to say whatever is on their mind. My therapy style is very relaxed and collaborative. I believe you know yourself best and are capable of making changes. My job is to provide the space to do this and give you some tools to help facilitate the healing process. Whatever your struggle, I will work WITH you to create the best treatment plan and provide a safe place to work toward YOUR goals.
