I am a trauma informed LMFT, who believes in the power of transformation through increased awareness, understanding, expression and connection. I choose to walk alongside those who may be struggling or wanting to embrace their authentic self. I often work with individuals who are working through attachment issues, trauma, grief and loss, anxiety and depression and identity development. Diving deeper and choosing to look inward is a brave journey that can offer empowerment and help in finding peace.
