I'm a community specialist for spirituality, social work and writing. Believer in magic of food, support and inclusiveness. In our work together, the therapeutic relationship is a foundational building block for healthy neighborhoods we seek to forge and maintain. I'm focused specifically on mental wellness in cultural humility, food justice, modern approaches to service and volunteerism, and adverse childhood experiences research (ACEs) and its effects on collective health. I use a collaborative process that assesses, plans, implements, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates the options and services required to meet needs.
