I enjoy working with clients 8+ and have extensive experience working with teens and adult women. I believe therapy should be collaborative and I appreciate when clients are open and willing to try new strategies in and outside of session. I use a prescriptive approach, finding the mode of treatment that will work best for each client. Clients can expect to be treated with compassion and respect. I am experienced in working with those who have experienced trauma, anxiety, and transitional issues. I have a deep understanding of how early adversity impacts wellness across the lifespan.
