Was there a time in your life when you felt like you needed something to change to help you get back on track? Or maybe you have been feeling like you are losing some of the confidence you know you have had all your life and just need a safe space to navigate through the waves of life? I know sometimes people say “therapy is daunting and it’s hard to open up to a stranger”. As a therapist, I try to provide a very flexible, open/ non judgmental, collaborative space, for my clients (adults and kids).
