Hello! My name is Amanda. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of CA, I offer virtual therapy to adults who are ready to pursue personal growth. I typically meet with individuals and couples who are dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relational issues, insecurity, and phase of life changes (such as: marriage, divorce, parenting, launching adult children, job changes, and college adjustments). I frequently integrate education, skill building, and goal-setting into my practice to empower Clients to take an active role in healing and growing.
